Term and condition
a. Non member bisa menggunakan penyimpanan gudang selama maksimal 30 hari. Melebihi ini akan dikenakan biaya 1.000 won / hari
b. Amplop atau paket berisi kartu foto akan dikenakan biaya 1.000 won / nomor pelacakan
c. Daftar repack akan dibuat menggunakan “nomor pelacakan” dan diberi label sesuai urutan kotak. Contoh “REPACK BOX KE 1”
d. Permintaan seperti menghapus label harga, mengambil baterai dll harus di sertakan dalam pengumuman sebelum request repack
e. Setelah fix, wajib mengirim pesan “FIX REPACK BOX KE 1”"
f. Apabila sudah fix repack, namun ingin mengubah detail paket, atau mengurangi paket/barang maka akan dikenakan biaya 15.000 won per nomor pelacakan/
g. Repack maksimal 30kg, apabila melebihi berat maksimum, admin akan menghapus barang yang melebihi tersebut.
h. Pengguna dapat meminta pengahpusan nomor pelacakan tertentu namun harus di info sebelum melakukan fix repack. Contoh “APABILA BOX MELEBIHI 30KG MOHON HAPUS NOMOR PELACAKAN 12345 DAN 67859)”

Term and condition
a. PROHIBITED from sharing the warehouse (WH) address with anyone.
b. MANDATORY to write the address exactly as provided.
c. ❌ Not accepting built-in batteries, fresh food, or explosive materials. ❌
d. For skincare products containing alcohol or in liquid form, AIR CARGO must be used.
e. Textiles can be shipped via EMS in limited quantities; for larger quantities, AIR CARGO is recommended.
f. MANDATORY to fill out the Resi Form once the tracking number is available, except for items checked out by the warehouse.
g. Photo proof of arrival at the Korean warehouse will be sent after the Resi Form is completed.
h. COD (Cash on Delivery) or packages without tracking numbers will not be accepted.
i. Envelope packages will not be opened.
j. Taxes & service fees are to be paid upon arrival in Indonesia, with a payment deadline of 2 weeks after receiving the billing details. Late payments will incur a penalty of IDR 5,000 per tracking number per day.
k. If items are unclaimed for more than 1 month, they will be forfeited and become the property of the warehouse.
l. Indonesian shipments use Shopee, JNE, or J&T.
m. The warehouse is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address or recipient name.
n. The warehouse is not responsible for scams or missing items due to seller errors.
o. Complaints about items must include an unboxing video.
p. Please comply with all warehouse terms and conditions.
